These terms govern your purchase and use of the printable case files sold on this website. By buying a case you agree to them. They are written plainly on purpose; if anything is unclear, email cabinetno7games@gmail.com before you buy.
Each case is a digital product: a PDF file you download and print yourself. It is delivered electronically — there is no physical item and nothing is posted to you. You need a way to open a PDF and, for the full experience, a printer.
When you buy a case, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own enjoyment. You may print it as many times as you like for your own games, play it with family and friends, keep it forever, and lend or give away a printed copy.
You may not resell or redistribute the PDF, share or upload the file publicly (including on file-sharing sites or social media), or use the contents commercially — for example, charging admission to run it as a paid event — without our written permission.
All text, documents, artwork and design in the case files are the intellectual property of Cabinet No.7 and are protected by copyright. Buying a case gives you the licence above, not ownership of the work itself.
Prices are shown on each case page in euros (EUR); the exact amount and any taxes are confirmed at checkout. Payment is handled by our third-party payment provider. As soon as your payment is approved, the file is delivered automatically — usually by email and an instant download link. If your file does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email us; we will make sure you get it.
Because cases are instant digital downloads, and the solution can be read the moment the file is opened, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered. The one exception: if a file is faulty or fails to download, contact us and we will repair it or replace it. This does not affect any rights you may have under the consumer law that applies to you.
Discount codes (such as a follow-up code after a purchase) are single-use, valid only for the stated period, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.
The cases are works of fiction. Names, characters, events and “evidence” are invented for the puzzle and any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental. The files are provided for entertainment, “as is”, without warranty that a given player will find them easy, solvable on the first try, or to their taste.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim connected with a case is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece (the Hellenic Republic), where Cabinet No.7 is established, and any dispute will be handled by the Greek courts — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
