We receive your email address and the fact of your purchase so we can deliver the file and help if something goes wrong. We do not see or store your card or banking details — those stay with the payment provider.
We use privacy-respecting analytics, and only with your consent. On your first visit a banner asks whether to allow analytics. If you accept, we set analytics cookies to measure anonymous, aggregate usage — such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from — with your IP address anonymised. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
We run no advertising or cross-site tracking. The checkout pages are operated by our payment provider and may set cookies that are strictly necessary to process your payment.
We use your email address only to: deliver your case file and receipt; send you a single follow-up with a discount code for your next case; and reply to you if you contact us. We will not add you to a marketing list without your clear consent, and every message we send includes a way to opt out.
