Cabinet No.7 (“we”, “us”) publishes printable detective-mystery games. We keep this simple: we collect as little about you as possible, we never sell your data, and we use it only to deliver what you bought and to support you afterwards.

Browsing this site collects nothing about you personally — no account, no sign-up. When you buy a case, our payment provider collects the details needed for the sale (your name, email address and payment details). We receive your email address and the fact of your purchase so we can deliver the file and help if something goes wrong. We do not see or store your card or banking details — those stay with the payment provider.
We use Google Analytics only with your consent. On your first visit, a banner asks whether to allow analytics. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure aggregated use — such as pages visited and where visitors come from — with IP anonymisation enabled. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
For a visitor who accepted analytics, an anonymous Google Analytics identifier is included with the checkout. After a successful payment, our server records the purchase in Google Analytics using that identifier, the order reference, price, currency and product name. We do not send your name, email address, payment details or other direct identifiers to Google Analytics. We run no advertising or cross-site tracking. Checkout pages are operated by Lemon Squeezy and may set cookies strictly necessary to process payment.
We use your email address only to deliver your case file and receipt, send one invitation to review your purchase about 48 hours later, and reply if you contact us. The review invitation links to Trustpilot; we do not add you to a marketing list without your clear consent.
If you request the detective reward after completing the clue activity, we use your email only to send a personal single-use 10% code. For seven days, we keep a one-way hash of the address — not the readable address — to prevent a second code being issued. This does not subscribe you to marketing.
We share the minimum necessary with the services that make the shop work: Lemon Squeezy (payment, tax handling, delivery and the single-use reward code), Resend (sending the review invitation and the reward email), Upstash (the one-way seven-day reward marker), Google Analytics (only after analytics consent, as described above) and Trustpilot if you choose to leave a review. These services process data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We keep purchase records only as long as needed to support you and to meet tax and accounting obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, subject to those legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to its use. To exercise any of these, email us at support@cabinetno7.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Our games are written for adults and older teens. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
